The Public Service Workshops Program (PSWP) is a working partnership between the NYS Governor's Office of Employee RelationsExternal Link (GOER), the Public Employees Federation (AFL-CIO)External Link (PEF), and the Professional Development Program, Rockefeller College, University at Albany.
